He plays a critical role in guiding Elyon IT Consulting with: Legal compliance across domestic and international operations, Contract drafting, review, and risk mitigation, Employment law, statutory regulations, and labor compliance, Advisory support for strategic and operational decision. With 9 years of experience in business operations and strategic management, the President of Elyon IT Consulting plays a key role in driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and international expansion.

He is currently leading the establishment of Elyon IT Consulting’s UK operations, strengthening the company’s global footprint and enabling seamless delivery to international clients. His responsibilities include: Strategic planning and execution across business units, Oversight of day-to-day operations and performance management.

Bringing more than 11 years of experience in US Non-IT staffing, Evan Moses plays a strategic role in expanding Elyon’s client base and market presence. He has a strong track record of securing high-value contracts exceeding $230K annually and has deep industry exposure in Construction, Architecture & Planning, Finance, Legal, and Healthcare.
