With over 35 years of distinguished experience as an Advocate, Mr. P.A.J Sekhar Raj leads the Legal and Compliance functions at Elyon IT Consulting. His vast expertise spans corporate law, labor and employment law, contract management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, making him a cornerstone of the company’s governance and risk management framework.

In his role as President – Business Operations, he oversees company-wide functions including process optimization, client relationship management, and overall business efficiency.

Nikhil Sampath Kumar - Director of Operations

With a strong background in recruitment operations and delivery management, Nikhil plays a pivotal role in driving the operational success of Elyon IT Consulting. As Head of Operations, he oversees end-to-end execution across US and Domestic staffing, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, recruiters, and delivery teams.

Benny John Samuel Allu brings over 9 years of experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries, with strong exposure to business engagement and industry networking. He maintains excellent relationships with Directors and Vice Presidents across leading healthcare and pharma organizations. His expertise and connections enable Elyon IT Consulting to establish strategic partnerships and position itself as a trusted hiring and staffing vendor within these domains.

Dinesh Wesley - Director – Domestic Staffing

With over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Dinesh Wesley leads Elyon IT Consulting’s Domestic Staffing division across India. He has successfully partnered with clients from diverse industry verticals, driving large-scale hiring initiatives and strategic workforce solutions. Dinesh is highly proficient in both IT and Software staffing, known for his client-centric approach, strong business acumen, and ability to close deals that create long-term value.

Naveen Vadapalli – HR Manager

Naveen Vadapalli brings 9 years of experience in HR Operations and employee management, with strong hands-on expertise across the HR function. He is well-versed in employee labor laws, POSH compliance, and HR software systems, ensuring structured people practices and statutory adherence.
