His vast expertise spans corporate law, labor and employment law, contract management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, making him a cornerstone of the company’s governance and risk management framework. 

With over 6 years of corporate experience, Abhishek Pakalapati brings a strategic mindset and operational expertise to Elyon IT Consulting. In his role as President – Business Operations, he oversees company-wide functions including process optimization, client relationship management, and overall business efficiency. 

With a strong background in recruitment operations and delivery management, Nikhil plays a pivotal role in driving the operational success of Elyon IT Consulting. As Head of Operations, he oversees end-to-end execution across US and Domestic staffing, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, recruiters, and delivery teams. 

With over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, Dinesh brings deep expertise in IT and Non-IT hiring across Pan India,  We’re proud to introduce Dinesh Wesley as our Director – Domestic Staffing at Elyon IT Consulting. Deep expertise in IT hiring – from software developers and cloud engineers to project managers and technical architects. 

With extensive experience in the Domestic pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, Benny John Samuel plays a pivotal role in driving Elyon IT Consulting's business growth. He acts as a key liaison between staffing firms and pharma companies, ensuring a seamless alignment of talent solutions with the industry's ever-evolving needs.

 Vivek is a passionate and driven professional with a strong grasp of US Non-IT Staffing, despite being at the early stage of his career.  What sets him apart is his spiritual foundation and positive mindset. A person of faith, Vivek consistently uplifts the team with encouragement, humility, and a sense of purpose.
